- Why should I consider an Outsourced Payroll Service ?

- Is it confidential ?

We will never disclose any personal data. Emailed payslips are password protected and employee/employer self-service portal requires a user specific log-in and password for access. Our payroll software operates within GDPR standards.
- Do you offer a nationwide service ?

Yes. Thanks to PAYE modernisation, all payroll agenda is now facilitated electronically and therefore we can offer our services throughout the country. Regardless of your business location, we can facilitate your payroll demands anywhere within Ireland.
- Will I need to commit to a contract ?

There is no contract or commitment. We will work with you to establish an agreement outlining the type of payroll services we will provide as well as the expectations of each party.
- How do I become an employer in Ireland ?

If you hire an employee, you must register as an employer. You must notify Revenue of your name and address and your intention to pay staff. As an employer, you will have to deduct the following from your employee’s gross pay: Income tax IT, PRSI, USC.
- How does the outsourced payroll service work ?

We will set up the payroll process as per your needs and requirements. You will have to forward any payroll changes to us. You can grant us with access to your timekeeping system for timesheets, etc. We will provide you with customised reports for your accounting software and electronic banking files. After pay calculations we will issue electronic payslips to your employees.
- Will I still be in control of my payroll ?

Don’t worry – you will only be outsourcing payroll, not control. We will discuss any potential issues or opportunities with you. All payments/transfers will have to be authorised by you. We will only accept changes to the payroll process upon verification from you.
- Who handles the actual payment of employees ?

We can facilitate the transfer of employee wages from a bank account of your choice directly into employee bank accounts via banking files. All of our payroll is provided electronically.
- How much do payroll services cost ?

We have a fixed fee structure to keep all our costs transparent. The fees charged are based on the number of employees and pay frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly). Contact us for free quote.
- Are there any additional charges ?

No hidden charges. We do not charge for the use of software. There are additional charges for hard copy printed/posted payslips.
