Employee Payroll Set Up

Now we need to collect some data about your employees. You don't have to be payroll expert, but you need to have an eye for detail. After this step, your payroll will be set up and ready for payroll run.

Hiring new employee

We will collect all necessary data for payroll on your behalf. Employee file will be available online and can be accessed for your HR purposes.

Have employee already

Information as employee name, PPS number, rate of pay, type of contract, holiday entitlement, weekly working hours, voluntary deductions (social club, savings, unions memberships),department, position, etc.

Other payroll details

To ensure that everything is in place and set up according to the agreed plan we will require completion of comprehensive form with additional details as company pension, benefits, employee bonus scheme, illness benefit payments, overtime calculations, public holidays payments, shift allowances, etc. Don't worry, we are available "almost" 24/7

Employee APP and self service portal

Employee will be issued with their personal password for their electronic payslips, link for their employee APP and self-service portal and easy to understand manual.
